  • Elevate care hospital-wide by mentoring the team and building skills, always with leadership support.

  • Collaborate on technician scheduling to align with hospital needs.

  • Work with hospital leadership to roll out strategies and initiatives that raise the standard of care.

What We’re Looking For

  • A skilled technician with proficiency in veterinary procedures and treatments.

  • A natural leader who can support both tenured staff and those just starting out.

  • Someone who communicates with professionalism, empathy, and understanding.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role (inside or outside of veterinary medicine).

  • Passion for Fear Free medicine and compassionate client/patient care.
