The job of the Bilingual Receptionist is performed for the purpose of greeting and directing visitors, responding to inquiries from staff and individuals visiting the school site; providing requested information and/or referral to other parties; and, when time permits, providing general clerical support to site administrators.
This job reports to the Principal.
This vacancy will be based at the Elementary school site.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
• Two years of increasingly responsible clerical experience and/or providing customer service involving direct interaction with visitors and the public.
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish required.
