Job Summary
Clerical and secretarial positions perform a wide variety of general office-clerical and secretarial duties in a school or administrative office including but not limited to:
Serve as a Receptionist.
Enroll pupils; verify and process pupil absence and attendance data.
Explain policies and procedures to pupils, staff and the public.
Type forms, correspondence, reports, and purchase orders.
Maintain operational records and business files, and prepare reports.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to a high school graduation. Paid, office-clerical experience is desired, bilingual verbal and written skills are highly desirable.
All applicants will be requested to participate in taking an assessment test to measure an applicant's secretarial skills and competencies. The assessment test must be passed with a minimum score of 70% to move forward to the onboarding process.
