The Opportunity

Are you a dynamic sales professional ready to drive business growth in a thriving insurance environment? As a Employee Benefits Client Executive - Small Market at M3, you'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships while partnering with other Client Executives to identify and secure new business opportunities. This role offers an exciting blend of sales strategy, client consultation, and relationship building, making it an ideal opportunity for ambitious insurance professionals looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization.

 

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Take ownership of your client portfolio, building strong relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities through referrals and centers of influence.
  • Design customized insurance plans and recommend coverages that address clients' unique needs, making compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Partner strategically with Client Executives across markets to receive referrals and transfer accounts that align with the Small Market segment.
  • Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to clients' needs while consulting on overall insurance programs.
  • Maintain strong carrier relationships and actively cross-sell agency services to maximize client value and business growth.

 

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; OR a minimum of four years insurance agency or company experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in sales.
  • Wisconsin Insurance license required, with additional insurance designations desired.
  • Strong product and carrier experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and make high-level presentations.
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities with excellent analytical skills to design appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows based software applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
