Description

UTA Creators Product Group is looking for a Director of Brand Strategy and Licensing. The specialist will be responsible for developing brand strategies, signing licensing agreements, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to maximize brand impact and revenue. Seeking a dynamic Brand Strategy and Licensing Specialist to elevate our talent-led brands and drive strategic growth.


Salary Range: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 B.O.E.


In this pivotal role, you’ll:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies for high-profile talent, influencers, and celebrities.
  • Cultivate relationships with talent and industry partners to create unique licensing opportunities.
  • Create compelling brand narratives and positioning that authentically represent talent personas.
  • Manage a portfolio of talent-led brand collaborations across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and digital content.
  • Negotiate and structure licensing deals that align with both talent and brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand expansion and emerging talent partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing brand initiatives and product launches.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize impact and ROI.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy and licensing, preferably with talent-led or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of successful brand launches, repositioning campaigns, and celebrity collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with high-profile individuals.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, pop culture trends, and the digital landscape.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property rights and licensing best practices.
