Your Role

 

The Transformation team improving the lives of those we serve by simplifying, automating and digitizing end-to-end operational processes. The Product Insights & Reporting, Consultant will report to the Director, Transformation. In this role you will partner with operational business partners to understand, document, analyze, and improve value delivery through automation and enterprise available AI tools. This role requires a broad skillset to understand processes, data, challenges, change management, power platform, and a passion for building prototypes and automation that improves experience and efficiency by eliminating manual tasks.

Responsibilities

Your Work

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage the evaluation, deployment, adoption, and scaling of automation and AI tools and services across the Transformation, Operations and Customer Experience business unit, ensuring smooth and compliant implementation 
  • Establish and enforce responsible use guidelines to ensure ethical and secure AI practices in partnership with Enterprise AI Governance 
  • Manage process improvement with cross functional teams, guide development of data collection/root cause analysis, data interpretation, customer journey mapping, process mapping and forecasting of benefits, prioritization of efforts based on impact, cost and ease of implementation
  • Analyze and assure the quality of data collected and develop data collection plans
  • Define highly complex business and customer needs and provide analysis toward operational efficiency and drive change within the organization
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators, metrics, and trends related to automation development, usage, and contribution to financial targets
  • Documents knowledge and intellectual capital related to automation frameworks and automated test solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with automation tools and automation framework setup/configuration. 
  • Drive requirements discovery efforts with stakeholders and key business partners to identify and analyze business needs, process, data, and integration requirements for the applications.
  • Identify systems and operational deficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline procedures for more effective reporting.
  • Work to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices.
  • Achieve operational targets with significant impact on the departmental results.

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires experience leading BPM/continuous improvement activities from ideation through execution
  • Six Sigma green belt from either Six Sigma or LEAN preferred
  • Requires Design Thinking, Process mapping, facilitation tools, skills, 
  • Requires Business case development and experience tracking benefits realization 
  • Requires AI knowledge and/or deployment experience 
  • Familiarity with JIRA and ScaledAgile SAFE practices a plus 
  • Experience with Power BI and Power App is a plus

o   Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

  • On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
