You Are: Chart of Accounts (COA) Lead.
The Work:
As Chart of Accounts (COA) Lead, you will be at the forefront of financial systems, focusing on the intricacies of Oracle eBusoiness Suite (EBS) financial modules. Your daily responsibilities will include the configuration and maintenance of the Chart of Accounts within Oracle EBS General Ledger, ensuring that the financial reporting structure aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. Mastery of Encumbrance Accounting will be essential, as you will oversee the reservation of funds for future expenses, a key aspect of budgetary control. You will be responsible for defining and implementing accounting rules that ensure subledger transactions are accurately captured in the general ledger within Oracle Subledger Accounting. Exposure to these tools and processes will be invaluable, as they are central to the role. To excel, you should be well-versed in the nuances of Oracle eBS financial suite and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the integrity of financial data. To be successful in this position, you will need a strong background in financial systems, particularly within the Oracle eBS environment. Experience with the end-to-end configuration of the Chart of Accounts and a deep understanding of intercompany processes will be crucial. Your previous encounters with Encumbrance Accounting and Subledger Accounting will allow you to navigate the complexities of financial reporting and compliance with ease. The ideal candidate will not only have technical proficiency but also the ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the financial systems domain. - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
