Advisor, Talent Acquisition (Hybrid) at Bath Fitter

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our recruitment strategy – leading efforts for both Retail and Manufacturing hiring – while also contributing to exciting Employer Branding projects that showcase why Bath Fitter is such a great place to work.

What you’ll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for retail branches and plant operations. 

• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver the right talent.

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies (yes, LinkedIn is great – but we’re big fans of fresh ideas too!).

• Support employer branding initiatives – from social media campaigns to events – making Bath Fitter stand out as an employer of choice.

• Contribute to process improvements and talent acquisition projects.

What makes you a match

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing or retail recruitment is a big plus).

• Strong communication skills – you connect easily with people online and in person.

• A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for building relationships.

• Experience with ATS systems (helpful, but not a deal-breaker).
