This position requires immediate training for CDL.  

Join our team and help save lives! No experience necessary in phlebotomy or as a CDL driver!  ALL PHLEBOTOMY PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! EVEN BETTER, WE WILL HELP YOU OBTAIN YOUR CDL LICENSE AND ASSIST WITH THE COST! Great pay while receiving valuable training in a healthcare-related field, whether you are just entering the workforce, have experience, or are seeking change. 

Minimum starting wage = $18.75 per hour based on flexibility of schedule. Typical promotion at 6-8 months. Premium Pay!! Extra pay when driving our LifeServe vehicles that require a CDL license.

Training for primary responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with and registering our lifesaving donors
• Convey the big picture of saving lives to everyone
• Performing medical history screenings
• Performing phlebotomy blood draws
• Assisting with mobile and donor center setups and tear downs

Hours available:

• Available all hours listed below, including Saturdays:
  • Monday - Friday 5am-9pm
  • Saturday 5am-2pm
• Shifts will vary from day-to-day, week-to-week

Education and/or experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous phlebotomy or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service or restaurant is valued
• Working knowledge and experience working on computer system required 

Other Requirements:

• Shifts may require long periods of standing/walking
• Follow all training and operating procedures
• Obtain your CDL license within 3 months of starting with LifeServe
• Professional, courteous behavior at all times
• Demonstrate qualities of integrity and commitment to the organization’s mission
• Travel to other LifeServe locations or mobile blood drives
• Good driving record
