The Legal & Compliance Capability at Koch is offering a rotation internship program providing exposure to all teams including: Business/Commercial and Contracts Compliance & Ethics Environment, Health & Safety Intellectual Property International Trade Compliance Legal Operations Labor, Employment & Benefits Litigation Mergers & Acquisitions What You Will Do Our innovative Legal & Compliance Capability provides comprehensive legal, regulatory and compliance guidance across all Koch companies. As an intern at Koch, you will immerse yourself in our distinctive Principle-Based Management culture and collaborate with seasoned legal and compliance experts worldwide to revolutionize the way we work. You will join a dynamic team that leverages advanced technologies to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and cultivate a culture of innovation. You’ll have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas such as: Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and editing of contracts, agreements and other legal documents Conducting research and analysis on a variety of topics Supporting the management of ongoing litigation or dispute resolution and investigations Interacting with internal clients and external counsel to coordinate and exchange information throughout various phases of case management Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies Supporting due diligence activities in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions by compiling, organizing and reviewing corporate documents Assisting with the management of Koch’s intellectual property portfolio of patents, trademarks and copyrights Contributing to the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of technology tools, including: Contract Management, Intake & Delivery, Intellectual Property, eDiscovery, Records & Information Management, Data Privacy, Anti-Corruption & AntitrustWho You Are (Basic Qualifications) Enrolled in a degree or alternative program.
