We're looking for a data analyst who can bridge the gap between complex data and business operations. You'll be the detective who asks "why do our processes work this way?" and "where are the optimization opportunities hiding?" And then actually finds the answers.
The Revenue Team
We optimize money flow across CloudWalk's ecosystem, ensuring every real flows efficiently
We work with real business problems – client prioritization, automated applications, and balance optimization
We move from improvisation to intelligence – replacing "bamboo-and-wire" solutions with data-driven approaches
What You'll Do
Analyze operational efficiency – investigate why processes work the way they do and identify optimization opportunities
Build client prioritization systems – create algorithms to rank clients for automated applications and operational decisions
Optimize idle balances and cash flow patterns to maximize financial efficiency
Transform improvised solutions into systematic, data-driven processes that scale
Produce actionable business intelligence that directly impacts revenue operations
What You'll Need
Strong analytical foundation with SQL and Python proficiency for data extraction and analysis
Business intelligence experience translating business questions into actionable insights
Communication skills to explain complex findings clearly to business stakeholders
Business acumen to understand revenue operations and financial processes quickly
Problem-solving mindset with curiosity for "why" questions and persistence to find answers
Ability to communicate and debate in Portuguese and English
Bonus Points
Familiarity with payment systems or fintech operations
Experience with financial operations in fintech or financial services
Experience with client segmentation and prioritization algorithms
Knowledge of cash flow optimization and balance management strategies
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and modern data stack tools
