Key Responsibilities
- Champion digital innovation: Drive the evolution of our advertising strategy with a strong focus on digital platforms, including impartialreporter.com and our growing social media presence
- Collaborate for impact: Work closely with the Editor and editorial team to align commercial and editorial goals, delivering integrated campaigns that engage audiences and unlock new revenue streams.
- Lead creative projects: Develop and manage special publications and digital-first initiatives that are imaginative, commercially successful, and audience-relevant.
- Spot and seize opportunities: Identify new ways to grow advertising revenue—particularly online—while nurturing strong relationships with local businesses.
- Think beyond the page: Bring fresh thinking to how we serve clients, using data, insight, and creativity to deliver standout solutions across digital and print.
- Represent the brand: Act as a visible ambassador for The Impartial Reporter, promoting our platforms and their value to the local economy and community
