Homeoffice Senior Product Manager, Growth Loops at MoneyGram
MoneyGram · Dallas, United States Of America · Remote
- Senior
At MoneyGram, we connect the world by making cross-border money transfers seamless, affordable, and secure for everyone. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Growth Loops domain — owning the strategy, roadmap, and platform capabilities behind Promotions, Referrals, and Loyalty. These tools are among our most cost-effective levers for customer acquisition and retention, with strong demand across the organization and a clear path to impact.
You’ll be responsible for scaling these levers into a cohesive, extensible platform — enabling smarter, faster, and safer incentives across markets and surfaces. This is a high-impact role with wide visibility and the opportunity to shape how MoneyGram drives repeat use, customer advocacy, and personalized engagement at scale.
You’ll join a growing product team that’s rethinking how we acquire and retain customers across every touchpoint. Growth Loops is a new but strategic focus area, and this role will be instrumental in laying its foundation — partnering closely with marketing, engineering, analytics, and country teams to unlock our next stage of growth.
What you will get to do
Promotions Product
Lead a build vs. buy evaluation for our next-generation promotions toolset — balancing speed, extensibility, and cost
Launch a governed engine to support FX-, fee-, and cash-based offers with segmentation, pricing controls, fraud prevention, and auditability
Drive experimentation infrastructure: offer types, amounts, timing, targeting — with built-in tracking and incrementality measurement
Support cross-surface orchestration (web, app, CRM, agent), enabling safe and fast campaign deployment via internal tools
Loyalty & Referrals Product
Define a unified strategy to drive repeat use and advocacy — through referral programs, loyalty rewards, and hybrid incentives
Rebuild the end-to-end referral experience, including global eligibility rules, offer setup, fraud controls, and sharing flows
Launch lifecycle-based loyalty logic (e.g. streaks, milestones, reactivation triggers) and support multiple formats like points or credits
Design and run experiments to test which reward structures drive the most impact by segment, use case, and market
Connect referrals and loyalty in a measurable way — e.g. rewarding successful advocates with loyalty incentives — while protecting unit economics
Who you are
5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally with domain depth in growth, marketing tech, loyalty, or promotions
Proven success launching complex platform or infrastructure products with cross-functional partners
Strong analytical skills — you ground product decisions in impact and can work across messy data and proxy signals
Experience working on systems with high compliance, operational, or fraud considerations
Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces — able to move from zero-to-one with clarity and momentum
Ability to zoom in and out: from customer experience details to long-term roadmap vision
Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially across engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations
We’re looking for a product leader who can:
Connect the dots across customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility
Thrive in ambiguity and build structure where it doesn’t yet exist
Drive measurable outcomes while building long-term product and platform foundations
Balance speed with thoughtfulness — knowing when to test vs. when to scale
Earn trust across stakeholders through clarity, ownership, and transparency
