Position Overview:
CTG is seeking an Epic Cupid Manager who will oversee the management, support, and optimization of the Epic Cupid (Cardiology) application and related imaging systems within the healthcare environment. This leader will partner with cardiology and imaging service lines, clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors to ensure systems meet operational, clinical, and diagnostic needs. While Epic certification is not required, the manager must have extensive experience with cardiology workflows and modalities (e.g., cath lab, echocardiography, EKG, stress testing, and imaging). Experience with Epic Radiant (Imaging) or other enterprise imaging platforms is highly preferred.
Duties:
Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Cupid and associated cardiology applications.
Collaborate with cardiology and imaging leadership to align system functionality with clinical and operational workflows.
Oversee integration of cardiology modalities (cath lab, echo, EKG management, stress testing, imaging systems) with Epic and enterprise imaging solutions.
Provide leadership to a team of analysts and support staff, fostering skill development and collaboration.
Ensure seamless interoperability between Cupid, Radiant, and third-party vendor systems (PACS, GE, Philips, McKesson, etc.).
Manage projects, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and system enhancements.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS).
Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and vendors to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of cardiology workflows and modalities (cath lab, echo, EKG, stress testing, imaging systems).
Familiarity with imaging workflows and integration points (Epic Radiant or other imaging platforms).
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HL7, DICOM, and imaging interoperability standards.
Experience:
5+ years of experience supporting or managing Epic Cupid or cardiology-related systems.
Leadership or management experience in healthcare IT or cardiology service lines.
Proven track record implementing optimization initiatives across cardiology and imaging.
Experience with cardiology and radiology vendor platforms (GE, Philips, Siemens, McKesson, Fuji, etc.).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, or related field required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Epic Cupid and/or Radiant certification is a plus, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $220,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
