JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Community Development Corp.
SUPERVISOR: Executive Director
FLSA: Non- Exempt
Pay Range: $14.00 - $21.00 hour
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.
JOB SUMMARY: Manage the Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation client intake process, and reporting/tracking System.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the loan monitoring processing by maintaining files, tracking insurance and exceptions for the Commercial Loan Programs of the Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation.
- Assist Commercial Loan Program and Employee Loan Program staff with loan processing needs.
- Assist Loan Portfolio Manager in the updating of Commercial Loan Files and Exception Database.
- Assist Loan Portfolio Manager with tracking of Commercial Loan Payments, making bank deposits, statements, and mail outs.
- Participate in Citizen Potawatomi Community Development Corporation's training, technical assistance and organizational capacity building efforts.
- Coordinates and performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities.
- Provides administrative support such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities.
- Prepares or assists with the preparation of program reports; performs basic information gathering and analysis as directed.
- Manage the Potawatomi Business Directory – updates online & print Directory
- Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate degree or related field
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Sitting or standing for long periods of time; occasional bending ,squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing ,and visual acuity
· Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
· Occasional lifting (up to 75 lbs.)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Normal office environment
