Your Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the marine and industrial staffing sector in the Hampton Roads area. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to meet their staffing needs.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the marine and industrial staffing arena.
• A proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales.
• Strong networking and communication skills with a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
