Sales Executive – Managed Services  

Location: Remote – (National travel required)  

Department: Sales  

Sales Coverage: National in scope/unlimited territory  

Compensation Structure  

ARO offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and drive growth:  

Base Salary  

$70,000–$90,000 annually (commensurate with experience and region)  

Variable commission, benefits and bonus structures are available. 

Position Overview  

We are seeking a high-performing, growth-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business development across ARO’s Managed Services portfolio. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on building relationships from scratch, navigating complex organizations, and closing deals that deliver measurable client outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities  

Lead Generation & Prospecting  

Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.  

Build relationship maps within target accounts to identify decision-makers and influencers.  

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads across verticals.  

Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation activities and marketing campaigns  

Sales Execution  

Lead discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and align ARO’s services to solve them.  

Present and position ARO’s solutions as strategic enablers of operational efficiency.  

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and close deals.  

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.  

CRM Management & Data Integrity  

Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM, including all lead, contact, company, and deal information.   

Make timely updates to deal stages, close dates, forecasted revenue, next steps, and proposal dates.   

Sales activity must be logged consistently to ensure visibility into pipeline progression and forecasting accuracy.   

Market Intelligence  

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging technologies.  

Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine messaging and service offerings.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.    

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in a hunting-focused role.  

Experience in lead generation, relationship development, and selling of managed services in facilities management, managed print, or business process outsourcing preferred.  

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  

Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a growth mindset.  

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
