Job Description
Regularly works on tasks that are varied and complex. Applies full range of specialized skills and job knowledge; frequently adapts procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet specialized needs; may serve as lead; performs broad and/or focused assignments under general supervision; originality and ingenuity are often required to help establish procedures in functional area; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks.
- Provide superior customer service and positive relationships with lenders, realtors, builders, employers, and other industry partners as well as with potential homebuyers.
- Create and maintain up-to-date records of all Business Development events which may include webinars and in-person trainings.
- Represent the Agency as an Exhibitor at various marketing events. Partners could include public or private agencies or organizations, including but not limited to Government Entities, Participating Lenders, Realtor® Groups, Builders, and Employers. Occasional evening, and/or weekend work required.
- Maintain E-mail distribution lists to reflect current contact information for lending partners and other housing professionals.
- Assist the Business Development Team with various marketing and/or research efforts.
- Work on special assignments as required.
- Create and maintain a budget outlining the yearly expenses of the business development team, including travel expenses, all event costs, and received documentation from the PHFA procurement team.
- Create and maintain procurement documents for the Business Development
- Manage all event catering orders for scheduled training events.
- Process new lender and TPO applications, provide guidance to lending partners to ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Submit completed application to QC and follow up on missing documentation.
- Maintain lender records in various single-family systems.
- Assist Homeownership Administrative Coordinator as needed
