Are you a seasoned Project Manager ready to jump into a high-impact role supporting a Salesforce implementation?
Trissential is hiring a Project Manager to join our client’s team in Milwaukee, WI. This short-term assignment is designed to fill a critical gap while the client searches for a permanent hire. You’ll be the utility player who keeps things moving—coordinating client-side activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead project planning activities to establish a solid foundation for success
- Drive execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and motivation to meet goals
- Influence stakeholders to gain buy-in and achieve milestones across departments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, scoping documents, team roles, reports, and risk assessments
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Facilitate decision-making with the right stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of professional experience in project management
- Proven success in commercial software application deployments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Background working with Systems Integrators and Software Provider Professional Services teams
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar) are a plus
