Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of a Director or Coordinator, plan, organize and direct the activities and complex accounting operations of the SMAA Random Moment Time Survey program; coordinate processing, auditing, maintenance and completion of accounting reports and related fiscal documents, utilize and integrate data processing software to accounting functions; analyze data processing systems for integrity and internal controls; provide assistance in a variety of analytical activities regarding policies and procedures for assigned programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or business management and two years of experience in fiscal program analysis is required. Some experience in MAA/LEA Billing Option accounting and development of fiscal and written reports and use of independent judgment is desirable.
