Hybrid Store Manager (Br) at Army and Air Force Exchange Service

Provides supervision to staff while overseeing the operations of a branch store to include financials, sales promotions, personnel, inventory management, and training responsibilities. Some command relations may be required.As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.

Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, Department Manager, Sales and Merchandise Manager, Combined Activity Manager, Marina Manager or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.

Or

Bachelors degree and two years of experience in retail management as a Sales Area Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Stockroom Manager, Department Manager, Sales and Merchandise Manager, Combined Activity Manager, Marina Manager or Assistant Main Store Manager within the last five years.
