Summary:The Facilities Maintenance Technician III is responsible for routine maintenance activities throughout a 72k square foot manufacturing and office facility and is also responsible for troubleshooting facilities issues and managing small projects throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:· Conduct regularly scheduled repairs and maintenance/preventive maintenance activities throughout the facility.
· Respond to facilities-related issues as they arise and perform troubleshooting and repairs/replacement as needed, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
· Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repairs and maintenance projects.
· Perform other building maintenance duties as needed
· Perform all work using the proper safety equipment and in a safe manner. Must be able to lift up 50 lbs occasionally and be comfortable working on your feet up to 8 hours/day.
· Occasional overtime required.
Qualifications:· Minimum of four (4) years of experience in construction or facility maintenance fields.
· High School Diploma or GED
· Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $27.74 - $33.99 hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
