Position Overview:

As our Supply Chain Manager - Parts, you’ll be critical in managing the complete lifecycle of our medical aesthetic device parts and consumables. You’ll help develop sourcing and purchasing strategies, executing on those strategies, and managing the physical parts inventory. This role demands someone with startup hustle, strong technical know-how (especially in SAP and Salesforce), and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.


What You’ll Do:

· Inventory Management

o Maintain and develop proper SKU creation for all parts.

o Work with the warehouse team to ensure all parts are received accurately.

o Execute system development strategies to improve parts processes – ensuring standardization and data integrity

o Perform periodic cycle counts, lead annual physical inventory count

o Assist in developing and implementing proper storage strategies

· Procurement

o Develop and execute data driven parts procurement strategy to maximize fill rates, minimize carrying costs, and maintain appropriate stocking levels

o Build and manage inventory planning framework within current system as well as future ERP system

o Actively source and identify vendors for parts

o Actively order parts for stock according to demand needs

o Source parts for our internal repair needs as well as external field service requirements

o Process all purchases through internal systems from PO creation to invoicing

o Manage RMA processing


What We’re Looking For:

· 2–4 years of parts inventory and purchasing experience

· Extensive knowledge, experience and detailed understanding of inventory and procurement strategies

· Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company is preferred —you know how to adapt, grind, and thrive in ambiguity

· Proficiency with SAP (for inventory and order management) and Salesforce (for customer/sales coordination)

· Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and professional under pressure

· Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality


Bonus Points:

· Experience in medical device parts management

· Knowledge of FDA compliance or regulated shipping environments

· Passion for the aesthetics industry and/or tech-forward medical devices
