Michael Sullivan & Associates is seeking a proactive Internal Recruiter to play a key role in both sourcing top talent and shaping the foundation of our growing Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about connecting the right people to the right roles, building meaningful relationships, and delivering a seamless, high-impact candidate experience. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and external recruiters to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that reflects our firm’s values and drives our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment process for roles across different teams
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job needs and requirements
  • Post and manage both internal and external job postings using clear and inclusive language
  • Review resumes, phone screen, and schedule follow-ups
  • Help promote our company to attract great talent
  • Make sure candidates have a smooth, positive experience
  • Support efforts to build an inclusive and diverse workforce

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR related function
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • Detail oriented, excellent organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring practices
