About the Role

As a Store Clerk at Brooks Range Supply, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable face at our parts counter. You’ll serve customers in person and over the phone, manage inventory, process orders, and help keep our store running smoothly. Your work ensures our customers get the parts and support they need — quickly and accurately.

As a Store Clerk, You Will:

• Safety First: Always follow safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and customers.

• Serve customers at the counter and over the phone with professionalism and care.

• Restock and maintain inventory in an organized, accessible way.

• Keep the store and displays clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Process orders, invoices, and payments with accuracy.

• Support freight handling, special orders, and parts ordering as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior customer service, retail, or parts counter experience preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and an approachable personality.

• Extras: Ability to work in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska on a 2x2 or 3x3 rotational schedule. Managers descretion.
