Project Implementation Manager (Part-Time Contract)
Location: US-Based Remote
Pay: $40 to $45 per hour
About Us: Pharos is leading the way in helping enterprises replace their legacy on-prem print IT infrastructure with an easy-to-use SaaS solution. Our mission is to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction through innovative cloud-based solutions. We value urgency, rigor, collaboration, and care in everything we do.
We are looking for a short-term Project Implementation Manager to drive the hands-on execution of our projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of a critical cloud migration project for a major banking customer. This is a hands-on execution role dedicated solely to this project. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the schedule, coordinating across internal teams and the client, and ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
This is not a strategy or advisory role, it is about driving execution, keeping the project on track, and ensuring stakeholders deliver on their commitments. The successful candidate will be comfortable stepping into a project already in motion, coming up to speed quickly, and providing clear visibility to executives on progress, risks, and issues.
This is a part-time contract position expected to last 3-6 months, with the potential for extension. The role is US-based remote, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date project schedule, proactively identifying risks and addressing delays.
Facilitate meetings with internal teams, client stakeholders, and executives to ensure alignment and momentum.
Provide timely, concise updates to Pharos leadership (including the CEO) and client executives on progress, risks, and decisions needed.
Drive cross-functional accountability—ensuring tasks are completed on time and blockers are resolved quickly.
Maintain accurate project documentation accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
Support full adoption of the solution by ensuring training and handoffs are completed effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience managing enterprise technical projects (cloud migration or SaaS strongly preferred).
Skilled at project coordination and scheduling, with proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex status updates for executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to step into an active project, get up to speed rapidly, and deliver immediate impact.
Relentless focus on execution, deadlines, and risk management.
Join Us: This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a mission-critical project for one of the world’s most regulated industries. Your work will have direct executive visibility and play a pivotal role in strengthening Pharos’ reputation for delivering complex enterprise solutions on time and on budget.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
