To support our ambitious People & Culture plans, we’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team, working across two of our London hubs – HW Fisher and Simmons Gainsford.
In this role, you will be the key People & Culture contact for your hubs, partnering with business leaders and line managers to deliver both Group-wide initiatives and local people priorities.
As a core member of the Hub Leadership Team, you’ll bring the People & Culture perspective to strategic and commercial discussions, contributing confidently, challenging constructively, and influencing decisions that drive both business performance and a positive employee experience.
Working closely with our Shared Services team and Centres of Expertise (CoE), you’ll act as a trusted advisor, combining strategic insight with practical solutions to ensure people considerations are embedded into every key decision.
