ITnova is seeking a Management Consultant to provide strategic guidance and improve organizational performance through IT and business solutions.
Duties:
- Assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and recommend IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations.
- Support change management and process transformation.
- Provide advisory support on IT and business alignment.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Certifications: MBA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP.
General Experience: Ten (10) years in consulting or business analysis.
Specialized Experience:
- Seven (7) years in IT or management consulting.
- Expertise in business strategy, process improvement, and IT alignment.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
