About The Role
We’re hiring a Vice President of Product to join our leadership team and drive the next phase of Closinglock’s product evolution. As VP of Product, you will work to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our platform while leading a growing product management and design team. This role requires a mix of customer empathy, market insight, and operational excellence. You’ll partner closely with engineering, sales, operations, and executives to ensure we’re building the right products that deliver measurable value to our customers and scale with our growth.
What You’ll Do
- Define and communicate Closinglock’s long-term product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product and design team.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation, market research, and business case development to roadmap execution and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Build strong customer and market feedback loops to inform prioritization and innovation.
- Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into elegant product solutions that balance security, compliance, and user experience.
- Develop clear KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide decision-making.
- Represent the product vision externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role scaling SaaS platforms.
- Proven success leading product strategy and execution in a high-growth, B2B SaaS company (FinTech, PropTech, or security experience a plus).
- Strong ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience building and scaling product teams.
- Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving complex workflow challenges with simple, secure solutions.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders across functions.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
