The Account Manager will oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated. The Account Manager will also work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman Security and the association.

Qualifications:

The Account Manager will be responsible and accountable for the performance and management of all Services. The Account Manager will maintain overall responsibility for maintaining Supplier budget for the Services. The Account Manager will be in a strategic position and will partner directly with the Purchaser Head of Corporate Security. The Account Manager will be capable of managing at a strategic level and scaling to meet growth at both the current Sites and any possible newly constructed Sites. The Account Manager will oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Billable to ensure accuracy each cycle. The Account Manager will be accessible via phone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to provide both operational response and strategic oversight to Purchaser’s Site security needs. All account positions will be subordinate to the Account Manager. The Account Manager will delegate certain tasks to skilled workers and is responsible for their successes and in holding the parties accountable. The Account Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, and coordination of all subsidiary positions on the account.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee All-Subordinate Staff members for performance and accountability
  • Oversee / Manage contractual Obligations between Marksman and Client
  • Oversee / Monitor & Correspond on all communications and platforms
  • Oversee / Monitor & update (When Applicable) All organizing plaforms utilized to manage Clients' business with P-SCE
  • Oversee all areas of the operations: Guard Force, SOC, Supervisors, Managers, and Special Events
  • Oversee Daily reconciliation of timekeeping
  • Oversee Call offs/Vacation Requests
  • Collaborate with client to introduce operational innovations and/or Mitigate issues in real time
  • Oversee Marksmans expectations withing guard operations (Policy/Procedure and time and attendance)
  • Oversee / Delegate Investigations
  • Oversee / Review / Send all personnel matters, including recommendations, to the Marksman's Branch. 
  • Oversee / Delegate Special Events / Last minute security requests for service. 
  • Oversee Creation and implementation of standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee / Support the management of NBOT% Expectations
  • Oversee the ordering and maintaining of all security related equipment assigned to Marksman by Client
  • Oversee / Assure adequate staffing levels and competence of all guards.
  • Communicate (When Applicable) with representatives from all internal departments within client corporate structure and leadership management. 
  • Recognize Officers, Supervisors, and Managers for work performance.

Weekly:

  • Oversee the management of MSC Employee pay rates
  • Oversee NBOT % for Clients accounts
  • Oversee Turn-over ratio % of client accounts
  • Oversee the management of all personnel
  • Maintain Frequent and positive or accountable contact with subordinate staff
  • Oversee the MSC Contract requirements, training and development isbeing followed
  • Conduct or Coordinate Employee Separations
  • Conduct or Coordinate Employee Counseling
  • Oversee and Coordinate the maintaining of client business assigned
  • Oversee and Coordinate Operation shared drives

Monthly:

  • Monthly Syncs with client with regards to training / Monthly / Quarterly Business Review
  • Arrange State of the Branch Meetings with on Site Leadership / Officers to further build cooperation and lend support to site Leadership / Officers
  • Audit the functionality of all MSC Required Systems
  • Coordinate and Assist with ERPs / SOPs Safety Plan / Drill
  • Assist with the All-Hands meetings
  • Oversee the MBR and QBR

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
  • Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
