Full-time (40 hrs/wk), Accounting Assistant position is available in our Hooksett business office location.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual with great attention to detail and a knowledge of Excel.  Position will require regular payroll duties including but not limited to updating records, ensuring punches are recorded, resolving discrepancies, managing employee deductions, processing payroll, and conducting new hire orientations.  The position will also assist with billing research/clinical trial sponsors and tracking payments from sponsors and to third party vendors.  Some experience preferred but willing to train an individual who wants to learn. 

Requirements

Experience working in Excel

Payroll experience preferred, but not required

Accounting experience preferred, but not required
