Property Portfolio Manager

Location: Monroeville (with some local travel)

Salary: $57,000-$67,000 annually 


Arbors Management is seeking a motivated Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of conventional residential properties in Pittsburgh’s East Hills area. Based in Monroeville, PA, the role includes about 30% local travel and offers the opportunity to join a company with over 40 years of property management experience.

Responsibilities of the Property Portfolio Manager will include:

  • Consistent communication to property owners on budgets, occupancy and maintenance needs
  • Tenant management including late fees, scheduling inspections and, if needed, evictions
  • Timely management of any emergency repairs including after hours emergencies
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Ensuring all properties in your portfolio are maintained and cared for to provide a clean and safe living environment

Skills needed to be successful as the Property Portfolio Manager include:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Property Management, Leasing and Property Maintenance
  • Ability to work in stressful situations to achieve positive outcomes

Qualifications for the Property Portfolio Manager include:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business or related field is preferred
  • 3+ years in market rate (conventional) leasing or property management
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a PA Real Estate License
  • Must have valid drivers license, insurance and personal vehicle
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screens
