What you’ll do:
Own the hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, and design customized hiring strategies.
Source top talent proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks, while staying current on market trends and best practices.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience, manage interview coordination, and optimize ATS usage for tracking and reporting.
Monitor recruitment metrics and process effectiveness, providing updates to leadership and refining strategies based on data and feedback.
What will help you succeed?
Proven success in closing roles within SLAs, with strong focus on time-to-fill and offer-to-join ratios.
Strong adaptability and a data-driven mindset to refine strategies based on evolving hiring needs and performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
High proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startups.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from a reputed college.
