La Section de droit civil veut recruter des professeurs à temps partiel qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.L, un J.D ou son équivalent est nécessaire. La personne choisie doit aussi avoir une expérience significative dans le domaine du règlement des différends internationaux. Le fait d’avoir enseigné un cours dans ce domaine auparavant est un atout.
