Job Description
We are looking for seasonal team members to join our Morgan State University Team, with a primary focus on processing customer orders and ensuring accurate, timely delivery. This temporary position plays a key role in helping students, faculty, and alumni get the books and materials they need.

In this role, you will primarily support order processing, including:

• Picking and pulling items from shelves based on customer orders.

• Verifying accuracy of order pick lists.

• Packing customer orders carefully for shipment.

• Labeling, organizing, and preparing orders for delivery.

• Assisting with restocking and maintaining organized inventory as needed.

Job Duties

• Accurately process and fulfill customer orders.

• Read and follow purchase orders, shelf tags, and pick lists.

• Pack books and merchandise securely for shipping.

• Assist with receiving shipments, unboxing, and shelving materials.

• Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area.

• Meet productivity and accuracy goals to ensure customers receive the right products on time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills.

• Ability to lift boxes and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Flexible schedule availability.
