We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team of four. In this role, you’ll bring fresh ideas, support multiple marketing initiatives, and help keep our campaigns running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create engaging social media content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
- Design marketing assets in Canva, including graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
- Assist with blog writing, editing, and publishing, ensuring content aligns with our voice and brand standards
- Support the deployment of HubSpot email campaigns, including layout, copy, and list management
- Coordinate with the marketing team on events, campaigns, and special projects
- Maintain the social media calendar and help track project timelines and deliverables
- Research industry trends to support content development
- Assist with the creation and development of marketing videos to support campaigns, social media, and internal initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordinator or similar role
- Strong social media skills with an understanding of platform best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) and must have proven experience using social media tools and creating reels/videos
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging copy
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, social media insights)
- Photography, video editing, or basic HTML skills
