Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Special Education Aide Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Responsibilities:
Behavioral Support Monitor and encourage positive behavior, assist with behavior intervention plans, and help manage classroom routines.
Daily Living & Functional Skills Support students with daily tasks such as mobility, hygiene, feeding, and transitions between activities or locations.
Supervision & Safety Supervise students in various settings including classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and during field trips to ensure safety and inclusion.
Adapt Instructional Materials Modify or prepare learning materials to meet individual student needs and accommodate diverse learning styles.
Confidentiality & Compliance Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student records and comply with all school district policies and special education regulations.
