Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Special Education Aide Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Responsibilities:

• Behavioral Support Monitor and encourage positive behavior, assist with behavior intervention plans, and help manage classroom routines.

• Daily Living & Functional Skills Support students with daily tasks such as mobility, hygiene, feeding, and transitions between activities or locations.

• Supervision & Safety Supervise students in various settings including classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and during field trips to ensure safety and inclusion.

• Adapt Instructional Materials Modify or prepare learning materials to meet individual student needs and accommodate diverse learning styles.

• Confidentiality & Compliance Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student records and comply with all school district policies and special education regulations.
