Special Education Teacher: Middle School Inclusion Support Program
Teach and case manage a small classroom of students requiring direct, appropriate individualized and small group instruction, based on IEP goals and objectives, within a highly supported setting.
There is a strong focus on self-management skill development to prepare students for academic success.
A strong background in design and implementation of middle school urriculum for students with learning differences, as well as experience with organizational skill development is essential to this position.
Qualifications Profile
MA State Certification
Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.
Masters Degree preferred.
Experience
Successful prior teaching experience for the appropriate grade level or discipline preferred.
Grade 6-8 Pull-Out/Inclusion Special Education Teacher.
