Hybrid Illustrator III at D2 Government Solutions

D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking one full time candidate for Illustrator III at the Naval Submarine Support Facility, New London, CT site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional graphic arts recommendations and produce graphic art products as required by authorized users.
• Possess working knowledge of utilizing the latest Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) computer presentation software packages, hands-on familiarity in various peripheral devices such as : scanners, large color printers, etc.
• Provide assistance to authorized users, by offering creative suggestions and constructive advice for presentations, ensure that an adequate stockpile of project-related materials, and maintain records of services provided and project materials expended.
• Contact the requestor of the services one or more times in the development and arathionion of visual material. Provide artistic expertise to authorized users to assist in graphic arts development as part of graphic services.
• Graphic services may be time-consuming and labor-intensive at times and may require support from one or more staff members for an extended period.
• Prepare authorized requested graphic products such as displays depicting military programs, themes, and graphs.

Qualifications:

• Educational & Experience Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years specialized experience in photography and two (2) years of general visual information services experience.
• Be able to successfully complete a Tier 1 Background Investigation.
• Be able to maintain a T3 SECRET Clearance throughout the duration of the contract.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
