About the Role

Title Nine is on the search for an awesome team member who would be responsible for all aspects of Title Nine product sample management; ensuring the seamless transfer of physical samples and all related information to all internal stakeholders (Creative, Merch, E-comm) and external vendors. 


The Product Library Coordinator is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position based out of our Emeryville, CA (Doyle) office, Monday through Thursday on-site, with some Fridays on-site as needed. 


  • Maintain organization of the Physical and Digital Sample Library and of the product lifecycle: track, receive, file, log, tag

  • Support merchandising with maintaining weekly reporting needs and preparation for all cross-functional meetings

  • Maintain Product Information in Master CADs

    • Assist in Item creation

    • Attribution in Master CADs

    • Support Merchandising in style creation 

    • Change Log - check change log weekly, update all assets to match changes

  • Ensure product is received from and returned to vendors in a timely manner

  • Point person for all internal samples-related requests 

  • Tag samples with sku#, season details, incorrect sample details (where applicable)

  • Maintain workspace and Sample Library to ensure spaces are clear of clutter and shipping cartons

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sample Tracker for stakeholders 

  • Create and maintain Packing Lists for location shoots

  • Wash, tag, log, return samples to Product Library post-photo shoot 

  • Conduct refresh of Master CADs (Digital Library) on regular cadence to support cross departmental product visibility

  • Create and maintain Style List, ensuring accurate capture of all changes (color, style, date) ahead of launch deadline for the Creative and E-comm teams

  • Ensure timely delivery of samples based upon Master Marketing Calendar for all functional teams including:

    • Photo Shoot Style Outs for location shoot prep and styling

    • Ecommerce Style Out

    • In-House Studio photography

    • Block Planning – Retail Assortment Planning

    • Investment Reviews - Inventory Planning/Merchandising

    • Category Reviews - Merchandising

  • Facilitate semi-annual Sample Sale 

  • Attend critical department and cross functional meetings to ensure broad and cohesive perspective on current and future product sample needs 


About You

You also have:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in product development, merchandising, or similar field.

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service or similar

  • Proficiency with Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT), including exporting, vlookup, pivot tables

  • Proficiency with NSPB

  • High attention to detail and accuracy of data input into product management systems

  • Passion for apparel and products, and ability to analyze numbers

  • Able to collaborate and track moving products across multiple departments

  • Proven ability and desire to improve processes while being open to feedback and new ideas.
