Job Overview:
The Forklift Operator/Material Loader will be a key part of our 2nd shift operations, primarily responsible for using a forklift to load and unload trucks, as well as organizing and moving materials within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products
- Stage materials in designated areas for shipping or storage
- Accurately report any product discrepancies, damages, or issues
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe
- Assist in packing, shipping, and breaking down product as needed
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Support other warehouse tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to multi-task
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Experience driving a forklift – required
- Dependable and committed to delivering high quality work
- Committed to adhering to all safety processes and protocols
- Situational awareness and ability to use good judgement
- Experience in a lumber or warehouse setting a plus
Physical Conditions & Essential Functions
- Able to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work outdoors in varying extreme weather conditions.
- Able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing.
- Able to walk and be on your feet for at least 80% of the day.
- Able to reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
- Able to work in warehouse and outdoor environment, around related equipment.
- Regular job attendance
- Working schedule is 100% on site, Monday-Friday, full-time, second shift schedule
