Aspen Trace is now hiring Full-time LPN's for day shift. 3 - day work week for a full week's pay!  We offer daily and weekly pay and great benefits! 

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspen Trace, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care across all shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the daily living activities of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, you will monitor patients' health status, administer medications, and provide education to both residents and their families. Ultimately, your contributions will enhance the quality of life for our residents and support their health goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
  • Additional certifications in specialized areas of nursing.
