The Mortgage Quality Assurance Specialist ensures loan files are ready for audit, works with the operations team to ensure audit exceptions are accurate and remediated if necessary and assists in reporting exceptions to leadership; as directed by the Quality Control plan. Works directly with vendor on timely completion of tasks to ensure final publication deliverables are consistently met. Track and trend issues identified in quality control reviews. Escalate as necessary and recommend system and/or process solutions to leadership. Assist in the development of quality control and operational reporting. Support the development and maintenance of mortgage operations and/or compliance training.
