Hybrid Autism Behavior Therapist, Part-Time - Elmhurst, NY at Finni Health

Location: Elmhurst, NY 11377

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 10-15 hours per week

Pay: $19.00 - $35.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.

• Collect and record therapy data for treatment goals.

What You Need:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).

• RBT Credential from the BACB preferred.

• Experience working with young children is preferred.

• Experience or willingness to work with high-aggression clients

• Reliable transportation & ability to work in-home with families.

• Active RBT & CPR certification.

• Ability to pass a background check (requirement).

• Must be able to legally work in the US.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting) for extended periods.

• Work on the floor or standing as needed.
