What you'll do:
· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
· Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
· Provide services across home, school, clinic, and other community settings
· Train and coach caregivers, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary team members
· Collaborate with families and external providers to support consistent and effective care
Who You Are:
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
· Master’s Degree in a related mental health field (required)
· Experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area (required)
· Must be at least 21 years old
