CPH has an opening for the following position: Intern (Land Development)
The Intern will assist the Land Development team by supporting with various tasks and projects to gain practical experience in the Civil Engineering Field. This position provides practical, hands -on experience and is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to develop professional skills, and experience.

Duties Include:
- Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks within the department.
- Provide support for ongoing projects by completing assigned tasks and contributing to project goals.
- Help in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Work closely with [Department] team, including meetings and collaborating on project tasks.
- Communicate effective with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Seek guidance and feedback for mentor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Abilities:

- Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated.
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from the civil engineering field.
- Basic knowledge in industry standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
