We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Lead Electrical Material & Logistics Coordinator to join our team on-site. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical material handling, logistics, and coordination. The ideal candidate will be the go-to contact for foremen and superintendents, ensuring their needs are met with precision, urgency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for all material and logistics-related needs.
- Collaborate closely with multiple foremen and superintendents, prioritizing their requests and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Manage and track electrical materials, tools, and equipment using our internal tracking system.
- Operate various types of equipment safely and efficiently.
- Lead and mentor a team of on-site personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining high standards of organization and follow-through.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
- Proven experience in a leadership or logistics coordination role, preferably in construction or electrical contracting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficient with computers and material tracking systems.
- Ability to operate equipment and lead by example on-site.
