Remote Litigation Attorney at Revelationssearch

Woodland Hills personal injury mid-size trial law firm is seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience (Plaintiff and/or Defense) working in the personal injury field, including at least 5 jury trials to verdict.  We are looking for an associate with a working knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices who is driven and motivated to succeed. Each attorney is teamed up with a dedicated paralegal and support staff. Each team will be required to participate in round table discussions and case reviews on a regular basis. Case load ranges from 30 to 50 cases ranging in value. In addition to the assigned case load, attorneys are offered the opportunity to lead, assist and participate in trials within our department.

 

·       Must be an attorney licensed in California and in good standing without any pending disciplinary action

·       At least 5 years of Attorney Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff and/or Defense), including at least 5 jury trials to verdict.  

·       Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

·       Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability, and strive to excel.
