What's Exciting About the Role

The Partner Program Manager position at Verifone is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to join the leadership team with Verifone’s Petro Business. The goal of this position is to identify new opportunities with partners in the petroleum and retail convenience technology industry and to manage the growth and success of the relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to determine key innovation partners and recruit them into the Verifone partner ecosystem. 
  • Grow and manage the partner ecosystem for Verifone’s Commander Platform. 
  • Build strong relationships at both the executive and individual levels with key integration partners. 
  • Ensure a high degree of stakeholder satisfaction across the Verifone partner ecosystem. 
  • Accurately forecast current and future partner channel revenue. 
  • Work with Verifone marketing to develop case studies and other marketing material highlighting partner innovation. 
  • Create and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to members of partners’ C-suite teams. 
  • Manage administrative functions of the partner program including contract management, billing, and other tasks. 
  • Evolve the business model to align with cultural nuances while preserving its core identity. 

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience in partner management, business development, product management, or sales. 
  • Experience in petroleum and convenience retail technology. 
  • Experience negotiating contracts. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to conduct basic financial analysis. 

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree or relevant certification.
