As an HR Operations Generalist at Tenstorrent, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and scaling our growing global team. From onboarding to compliance, this role is about creating seamless employee experiences while keeping processes efficient and reliable. It’s a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow their career in HR.
This role is on-site, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are
- 3+ years of HR operations experience with exposure to both benefits and compliance.
- Strong communicator with a customer service mindset and collaborative approach.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced with HRIS systems and data management in fast-paced environments.
What We Need
- Lead and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to create a smooth employee experience.
- Manage employee lifecycle compliance, including I-9s, background checks, and training.
- Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and process automation opportunities.
- Support audits and compliance across multiple countries while keeping policies current.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
